Creator rules and affiliate terms

Everyone who promotes OnePass Trader Funding for commission agrees to these rules before they get a code. They protect your audience, you and us. Commission rates are on the affiliate page.

Last updated Version 2026-10-20

1The rules

  1. Say it's a simulated evaluation whenever you talk about OnePass accounts or payouts.
  2. Disclose the paid relationship clearly every time (#ad, "sponsored", or "I earn a commission"), in the format each platform requires, as the FTC requires.
  3. Never promise or imply income, a pass, a payout, a monthly amount or a way to "make money". Never say it's easy, certain, without risk, or that anyone can do it.
  4. Never call it real money, a live or funded account, an investment, a job, or a salary. Never compare it to gambling odds or a casino.
  5. Never show results that aren't yours, edit numbers, or present someone else's pass as typical.
  6. Only state the rules, prices and payouts as they appear on the OnePass website on that day. If you're not sure, say "check the site".
  7. Don't target anyone under 18 or people in countries OnePass doesn't serve.
  8. No spam, no accounts or reviews that aren't genuinely yours, no bought engagement, and no posting in other people's spaces without permission.
  9. You speak for yourself, not for OnePass. You can't make promises, offers or exceptions on OnePass's behalf.
  10. If OnePass asks you to correct or remove content, do it within 24 hours.

2What you can say

These are true and checkable. Use them as they are, or say less:

  • OnePass accounts are simulated trading evaluations: you trade a simulated account on live prices.
  • Hit the profit target before the static max loss and you're paid a fixed reward, the same day once your one-time ID check and tax form are done.
  • There's no funded stage, no daily loss limit and no consistency rule; the max loss is static.
  • Commission is $0 on the Standard plan.
  • My code gives you a rebate on your purchase.
  • I earn a commission if you buy with my code.
  • Most evaluations are not passed. Only trade what you can afford to lose on the fee.

3How this works between us

  • Not an agent. You're an independent creator. Nothing you say binds OnePass; only the rules and terms on the OnePass website do.
  • Content review. You agree that OnePass may review your public content and any VODs or clips you send about OnePass, and keep records of that review.
  • Corrections. When OnePass asks, you'll correct or remove non-compliant content within 24 hours.
  • Commission on breach. Commission earned from content that breaks these rules isn't payable, and OnePass may hold commission while a review is open.
  • Suspension and ending. OnePass may suspend your code or end this arrangement at once for a serious or repeated breach.
  • Indemnity. You'll cover OnePass's losses, costs and reasonable legal fees from claims caused by statements you made that break these rules.

4If something goes wrong

A minor slip gets a friendly note with the fix. A serious breach (an income or pass promise, calling it real money, no disclosure) gets a written warning and must be corrected within 24 hours. A second serious breach within 90 days holds commission and suspends your code until it's fixed and reviewed; a third ends the arrangement. Uncorrected serious breaches suspend the code at once.
