"Payout Owed When You Pass": What It Means, Step by Step
What OnePass means by a payout owed the moment you pass: what is owed, what you do next, the one-time ID check and tax form, and what review means.
"Your payout is owed when you pass" is a short sentence with a few steps behind it. Here is what each step means in plain words, so nothing is hidden.
What "owed" means
The moment your account reaches the profit target before the max loss, you have passed and the payout is owed to you. There is no funded stage to complete first and no activation fee. On the Standard plan the payout is 90% of the target: on First Pass, $135.
Owed is not the same as paid. Owed means the amount is established by the rules. Paid means it has reached your payout method.
What you do next
- Request the payout from your account.
- Complete the one-time ID check and tax form. You do this once, not for every payout. Traders outside the US usually complete a W-8, US traders a W-9.
- Add your payout details. Payout methods are PayPal, USDT/USDC crypto (not available in every country) or bank transfer.
- We review and send it. The review checks that the account followed the published rules.
What we do not say
We do not promise a time. How long each step takes depends on the ID check, the method and the review, and we would rather tell you the steps than make a speed claim we cannot back up with numbers.
Can a payout be withheld?
Only for one of the reasons listed in the terms, in writing with the evidence, and you can appeal within 14 days. Withheld payouts are counted on the public payouts page.
What the rules say about fair play
Exploiting price delays or platform errors, feed-exploiting bots, copying another person's trades, or shared or multiple identities voids the account and its payout. Everything else is in the rules. If a rule is not written there, it is not a rule.
Before you buy
- Read the rules once, start to finish.
- Check the payout column in the accounts table.
- Try the platform free on the practice platform.
These are simulated accounts: you trade on live market prices and no real money is traded. Most traders do not reach the target, so the payout is a reward for passing, not income you can plan on.
OnePass accounts are simulated trading evaluations: you trade a simulated account on live market prices, and you're paid a reward if you pass under the rules. Past results of other traders don't predict yours, and most evaluations are not passed.
